They usually are from what I've seen - they don't always sell out before release, but they do sell out at some point.

Very nice books in general - heavy & full of pretty neat stuff.

More of a coffee table book tho.

Yes, this version is the Hardcover edition. There's also normally the regular paperback which is more like a flyer that is cheaper in price&quality.
