Opposite of dead is "alive", not "live"

I just wanted to know if it's the same, as in many other countries - just 3 extra cards - or something more special...
The listings for German releases was only added on Amazon DE website yesterday at 5pm UK timePaul, you're wrong here. It's sold out.

The 2 SteelBooks (Exclusive and Trade Wide) was live breifly at 5pm yesterday for about 1 minute then listed as currently unavailable that's normal with amazon listings when first get added.
I added both Amazon DE SteelBook links to this forum on Tuesday at 5.09pm
Amazon website listings often when they first get listed they go live breifly for about a 1 or 2 minutes and then list as not available.
It will be back available to order at some stage and amazon system will update to add artwork.
German forum Blu-ray-Disc-DE only updated their site yesterday to add the Amazon links at 9.09pm
It's also mentioned on that forum this afternoon about breifly been live yesterday at 5pm.
BD forum only added the amazon links to their database at 10.40am today

Still waiting on Amazon to upload the artwork on both SteelBook listings that will happen at some stage.
I assume Amazon DE Exclusive will be same SteelBook that Zavvi got as exclusive in UK but that's still TBC.
