I tried to order another copy on my partner's account and wouldn't let me, says limit reached. So I wonder if they lock number of copies based on address. I even tried using next door address and wouldn't let me place another order.

I hope they will switch eventually to the PEGI rating one day, it's already in use for different countries, dont get why Germany need their very own rating

hope pegi adopts the DE rating instead and make it a little bigger for the vision-impaired

its also handy for those looking for violent games as you can more easily identify 18+ games

Yeah it's a shame there's no consistency anymore for special editions of games, even when released by the same retailer.
It would be nice to have one retailer that's specialised for premium releases like we have for movies.
