OK guys, just to confirm so no one is left wondering, we are indeed short on these.

Kevin has found some more that are now shipped out, but the remainder that we need to finish the list will also need to be shipped to me from a different location.

So having said that, please bear with me, as soon as I have more copies in hand, I will ship them out.

This also means - if you received a shipping invoice from me but haven't paid yet, you will also need to wait as well.
