Definitely need to watch this before I look to order any editions - 'Lucy' was awful and this looks like a retread of Fifth Element...

Lucy is a cracking steelbook, especially in lamp light where all the lettering glows!

Looks decent without the green sticker but that can probably be removed.

Bare metal by the looks of it. Hopefully other countries receive something nicer!

Incredibly poor mock-up considering the visually rich universe of the film. But I guess they needed to have "something".

Yup, under-title should defo be ". . . Die Stadt der tausend Planeten"

    The 2 French steelbooks (steelbook #1: 3D + 2D / possible steelbook #2: 4K + 2D) do of course have the correct under-titles ". . . et la Cité des Mille Planètes".

By most accounts a visual feast with particularly good 3D and with those Olivier Bériot designed costumes such as the space suit . . .

Still hoping for a UK version as its definitely worth picking up but only worth picking up in 3D. Anyone buys this on 4K is just wasting their money. This film purely exists for 3D and no other reason, it will be terrible in 4K

I think it will look awesome in 4k + HDR! Looking forward to wasting my money!

Party agree that movies like this are made for 3D viewing. I am sure this will look amazing in 4K as well.

This is not getting good reviews. There is a Youtube video explaining why this could fail outside France. Having said that, the trailer looks fine to me although it appears to be t(r)ailor made for the millennial crowd lol.

I always prefer to draw the conclusion myself. Sure I read the reviews, but this is not stopping me.
I have seen several movies which got a lot of oscars and I stopped watching them after a 10 minutes because, in my opinion, they were really garbish...:stop:
