MGS4 Limited Exclusive Best Buy Edition. Very very nice! I was surprised to see Horhay even had one still sealed when I visited for E3.

I just feel that the CE guides are nice additions to the game

Rarely do I feel the need to use one for in-game help but man can they be gorgeous

Also if you buy off of amazon you can usually get the CE version for 20 to 24 USD on release which ain't bad

My favorite guides are probably my Dragon Age: Origins CE Guide and my Fallout 3 GOTY CE Guide

Both are somewhat harder to find and both look stunning imo

No idea what it's worth, but sealed FF7 items are usually worth a pretty penny. I'd say search eBay and see if you can find a similar one and see what that's going for.
