What will happen after bluray?

Hi all,

Just wanted to discuss what will you do your collection after new technologies come out. Most of us here collected DVDs and maybe VHS, now we have bluray in our lives and DVDs or VHS not that attractive (at least to me) so lets say when 4K come out (it will be bluray anyway) what will you do with your collections? You gonna sell them or keep them?

I collect blu ray's but also still collect dvd's, there's alot of stuff like tv series that are not going to look any better no matter what format they put them on so as long as a dvd plays on a blu ray player they will always be collectable in my opinion.

RedRay? Eventually another format will be forced into the market to support the newer 4k resolutions and displays.

there are gonna be sth new and better(?) to replace BD but not in the very near future i think. of course i have never sold anything from my collection (around 4000 films- not including series, docs etc). im still keeping my DVDs and i ll keep my BDs when the replcement comes out....
