It's because of the weight. According to the product details, the full slips weighs 520g. Put another full slip in your cart, for example "Machete", which is only 480g, you'll see the shipping price is the usual $12/13.

My wish came true. Jumanji lenti came back in stock. Ordered together with Wind River lenti for total shipping charge of $14.30

Secured my Full Slip. Was tempted by the FAC release but this one just has the right atmosphere of the movie to showcase. Hopefully, TheBlu will once again give this one a great finish.

This Boxset edition with the 2 Scripts, Fullslip Only and the Badge is Silly IMO

It is a Timed Pre-Order Release, only way to Purchase is within the Pre-Order Window. Print Run will be adjusted accordingly depending how many they sell.

As far as I know, this is the only release of Wind River in the world that comes with both cuts of the film, so for me, it's worth it for that alone. The beauty of the slipbox and SteelBook are just a bonus.

I assumed they’d bump the price $5 or so when they agreed (by popular demand) to include both cuts in every edition. I didn’t want to shell out the cash for the big box just for the Cannes disc, so the modest price bump still seems like a good deal to me.
