They booby trapped the street using the found weapons luckily for the man (unnamed main character) his neighbour was a secret gimp and had a lot of dildos whips and chains they could use

They then realised one of the weapons was switched on and that’s where the shaking was coming from so they turned it off
They saw the clown coming down the street his arms and legs had stretched and he was looking freaky as fcuk

Clown started to shift his shape to persons from the past of each of those persons - the man saw a child he had once killed in the car accident, the butcher- saw his wife that hanged herself, and neighbour saw her doughter that had brain cancer.

This messed with there minds and they went from being ready for war to being blubbering wrecks the butcher was the weakest and he ran over to the manifestation of his wife to hug her
