My ugliest steel is the German Independence Day release:

Horrible image quality, printed back, doesn't get much worse than that.

The ugliest duckling in my collection is definitely any steelbook from the recent Fox wave, but I'll pick this one since it doesn't relfect the film very well at all IMO...
