I usually try to follow the rule of only buying steelbooks of MUST HAVES, rather than all films I like.
But that doesn't always work out amazingly haha.
And be patient on Ebay rather than spending straight away, wait for prices to go down.

Pretty much this. Not having Paypal also helps... and y'know, developing an interest or hobby that doesn't require buying things.
