Steve Zaillian is in negotiations to rewrite Paramount's new Untitled Jack Ryan Project, reports Heat Vision.
Chris Pine will play the Tom Clancy character, which has previously appeared in adaptations The Hunt for Red October, Patriot Games, Clear and Present Danger and The Sum of All Fears.
Jack Bender is set to direct the movie in Budapest starting this spring.
Producer Mace Neufeld previously said that the new film picks up Ryan when he's on Wall Street.
