ZBox Auto-Renew - General Message

Well, I've just been in to cancel my current subscription after taking a 3 month offer when they had it reduced for 24 hours and there's something new in there, Auto-Renew Off Assuming it works as it should then it should ease the pain that so many have had trying to cancel in the past.

The auto renew off is not new it's been on the website previously
It was there a few months ago but after a week that option was removed from the website and not sure if it worked back then

I would not depend on auto renew to off working been Zavvi as it might still charge your card anyway for the following month especially if they remove that function like they did before

It would be better to use the cancel option by sending them a message if you don't want any more Zbox
