This is not a steelbook. It's an amaray with slip(?), with new artwork. The initial print run will most likely come with a slip and after that is sold out it will be just the amaray to purchase.

Just like they did with Melancholia and The King of Pigs which is still in stock btw.
Take a look at the product description and you will see what I mean.

I see that makes quite a bit of sense, thank you for the clarification I appreciate that! I'm relatively new to the Steelbook collecting business so I wasn't 100% sure

It would be a standard edition, most likely not numbered I think... like @spass mentioned, it should be the same situation as the PA001 and PA003.
