Release date October 13, 2011 per German BD forum.

Although similar to the least release, the last one contained blu-ray 3d. (and inside artwork, if for some reason this one doesn't)

first one was region free, so big chances this is too.

Definitely a pass for me as have first release, and tbh looked better as a Thai Metalpak with "The Last Airbender" (which I also got).

Formerlly a "Media Markt" Exclusive. Either now a "re-release" for Amazon.de, or left-over stock from Media Markt run.

I don't think this is a re-release. I have the MM Steelbook, but that one clearly states "In 3D" on the front cover. This new release doesn't seem to include the 3D version and also doesn't say on the cover. So it has to be a 2nd release.
