12 Monkeys

OK so im a newbie and maybe this has been brought up before but is there anywhere a 12 Monkeys bluray steelbook? If no, why not!!

This is not the movie I was thinking of. I thought this was about a bunch of monkeys in a barrel and they try to escape by pulling one another out in a chain formation. 12 Monkeys is an Awesome movie
