Spice-no, other retailers from all over the world don't ship internationally. Just depends on the retailer's policy, and whether there are restrictions for sales of certain items.

Yes I believe it is, as long as you specify a Canadian address. You just have to make sure than person is not ordering them as well, otherwise the system will automatically cancel the 2nd order. And yes it's limit of 1 per movie and per household.
They've never cancelled any of my orders shipped to the same address/purchased by the same person. A new thing they're doing, Biscuit?
Well I,ve read that in their forums yesterday, but it was not for movies, it was for hardware such as Nintendo DS's and such. I've never tried ordering from future shop for more than 1 steel when the "limit of 1 per household" was mentioned. I'm going to anyway, so I'll let you know (I'm planning on order December 24th at 00H01

Yes they are (except for 7.2 which is rare) but at the moment, no indication whatsoever. That would be great since there is A LOT of them in stores.
I think this IS the after Xmas sale for Future Shop, well at least for the online store. It cannot be any better price than it will be on the 24th and 25th. Okay except for free and 0.01 in any currency.
They never go on sale in stores. This is the 3rd time FS puts them on sale, and each time it has been web-only. At one point Harry Potter 7.1 went on sale from $34.99 to $22.99 but it rose back to $34.99 again and never went down.
