Am I the only one who finds it annoying that the debossed '2' isn't quite aligned correctly?

I really like the steel, one of the best for the year but I have to say that I thought the movie was a bit of a let down. The movie world sure does miss Tony Scott, he would have turned this into a really fun action-fest

I emailed the. To ask about the packaging and this was the response

Thanks for your email.

We’ve not changed our policy on shipping, and all steelbooks should be shipped in protective mailers – it appears that for some reason a limited number of orders have been dispatched in our standard A1 mailers by mistake.

So good to know it was a mistake, x plus they asked if I needed mine replacing which was nice but luckily it came I perfect condition, I tell you their customer services are superb, :)

I had exactly the same email word for word, even the bit about was mine damaged and needed to be replaced

I actually settled for the Best Buy metalpak, however this edition is so much nicer in every way imaginable. It's a good film but what I got will do the job unless someone ever sells this on ebay for like $20 or so, than I'll bite again.

I know the A1 cardboard envelope isn't acceptable for a steelbook to be delivered in but most have seemed to arrived damaged free which is great, so actually for something that's not ideal it at least seems to work, I ordered this on saturday and it's still processing, they are certainly taking their time in sending it out

Got to agree that regardless of whether the packaging looks good or not, if it does the job of getting the steelbooks to us safely then that's definitely a good thing.

I've only seen 1 or 2 mentions of any damage so all the noise about the packaging is probably a little harsh

Folks used to complain about HMV's 'boxes' but in all the orders I had in the mail from HMV I had 1 damaged steel...and that came in an undamaged box so must have been done pre posting, I agree that the A1 mailer isnt ideal, and when you see it on the mat by the door you get a heart in the mouth moment knowing theres a steelbook inside, but neither of my copies in the mailers were damaged so they did the job. The criticism may be harsh but its a fair point.
