That's because it's French....french title everywhere
yeah, appealing to the international consumer with english title on the stock photos and then selling it with le oddysee de merde plastered everywhere across the edition is quite unbelievable
2001 A space Odyssey is a change from previous Titans of Cult releases
A lot who purchased the previous titan of cult France/Italy releases because they did not have the age rating logos printed on the slip but still had the title of the film on the slip in English
So I could understand why some might not be happy as it was not expected the title would not be in English as it was on previous releases
