As far as I know (and I don't own the NM Wong Kar Wai sets), they are All Region discs.
If in doubt, check the Nova Media website. The info is still on there.

Unfortunately, it seems to show region A on steelbook. No info on Novamedia. Some commentary on reddit indicates it's region free but I don't think so. I really don't want to purchase that Criterion WKW collection, too expensive at this point, but all the other are either wrong region or don't have English subs.

Edit: Damn, one place says it's A, B and C. Must be some ebay sellers just think it's A only.
