The original title of this film is L'immortel (The Immortal), it's a 2010 French action drama starring Jean Reno, who plays Matteï, a retired hitman (he's familiar with that kind of role, isn't he?) who one day is attacked in a parking lot and shot with 22 bullets.

Matteï survives, and mayhem ensues. The film takes place in Marseille, it got okay critics from the press and rather good ones from the public, and it was a public success in France .



I might be quite interested by this (it didn't get a steelbook in France back when it was released in 2010), hopefully this will have the option of playing without incrusted subtitles.

Always happy to see French films getting steelbooks, sadly not a lot of them do.
