Where did you buy your copy?
Mine is going back to HMV today for a refund. Might try Amazon, but may just import the USA version from Orbit. Crazy to think this passed quality control.
Got mine from Zavvi and it also has scratches to the right but they're so light and small you can't see them unless catching the light at the right angle.
Do people really still believe there are actually "quality control" departments for SteelBooks?
I really don't think there is anybody sitting on the assembly line checking every SteelBook for scratches and dents.

I think this is a general issue with Scanavo Denmark factory or something like that. Especially on a full gloss finish those scratches are more prominent. Anybody remember the Zavvi "The Empire Strikes Back" fiasco with the floating Vader head. They had to replace the entire batch due to those horizontal scratches. Mostly at the upper right part of the front of the SteelBook.
I knew the probability was high, but wanted to take a punt with Amazon anyway. Got the same scratch, in the same place, but not quite as bad/deep with the one I got from HMV.
Received a copy of this from Amazon Italy last week. It doesn't have any scratches on it so it must be a UK batch isssue.

Each to their own, by why on earth did you have a custom magnet made with an image that had bbfc logos and a critic quote on? I assume that's just the amaray cover. You could've used a nice clean theatrical poster. Food for thought.
Yes, aspect ratios for custom steels and slips can be tricky with theatrical posters. You typically have to loose a lot of information from the top and bottom to make the image fit.The ratings logos do not bother me at all. I had other images i was debating using aspect has to be pretty close to the standard case cover art ..thought about these images
Just a word of advice for next time, it's very easy to remove logos and text with a simple editor tool. Particularly there, as it's essentially a solid white and black background. I can even do it on the Samsung gallery app on my phone, for example. I expect the base android and iphone apps have similar tools.
