I highly doubt it. Thailand releases bring nothing special to the Steelbook game.

In case of Skyfall, all the countries are offering the same steel with different slips and that's it. Only France has decided to add some art cards, but again the steel remains the same.

So yeah, maybe you're right, there are no special/exclusive steels being offered by Thailand. They are just offering what other countries have already offered .
