I bought both Transformers and Stardust, great deal 64.00 delivered. before I ordered I went on Ebay to check region codes. One guy selling Stardust said it as OOP and very rare. Is this a reprint?

I see ebay listings all the time that say RARE, OOP, HTF
even before the actual release dates. I saw those on the G1 Jurassic Park auctions. The rare comment might be due to the fact that these are the German Imports, but I think it is more likely that the seller is just trying to sell his products faster.
