Really disappointing show imo. Haven't read the books, but this seriously feels like some wanna-be filmmakers wrote it: Sometime cringey and nonsensical dialogues with acting ranging from mid to very bad, plot holes that make the entire concept completely fall apart and pretty much all open range locations are CGI (the bad kind). And that's not even mentioning some political stuff they again couldn't help themselves to put in completely unnecessarily. So a big let down over all, loved the trailer but this was not it unfortunately. But then again, it's David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. Fool me once, fool me twice I guess.
Ending was so predictable - at least that with rocket. Other than that, good serie.

Episode 5 was absolutely bonkers. Loved it. It’s not the best thing I’ve seen but it’s far from the worst (like something like the hundred!) but I am really enjoying it. Got 3 episodes left

Oh, that's the one called Judgement Day, about the boat? Yeah, that was awesome. Anyone who's seen Cube opening, imagine that with a whole huge ship!
But that's going to remain the best episode, the whole season turned out quite slow and uneventful.
I just also liked the Australian actress Marlo Kelly, the murderous fanatic. All the best girls are from Australia, must be the pirate blood!
