Man... Was considering getting this over the Canadian version, but the the back and inside art just doesn't do it for me. Odd choices for the art considering there are many other iconic scenes in the film..

+1... the cover was a beauty but the back and inside art (Especially the back art) just so lame considering there options.
 
It is a Huge letdown!!!! Canadian version is way better. Common Warner GIVE THEM NOTHING, BUT TAKE FROM THEM EVERYTHING!! That is what they were thinking about people, customers?
 
Finally got mine from the hut today, although posted in this monstrosity!

That's going back, and I think ill bite the bullet and pay the extra £3 to get a proper steelbook retailer to send it this time!

That's pretty bad. You need to put in a complaint about it. That's the only way they'll listen. There's a direct e-mail address below:

I got a damaged Jurassic Park tin from Zavvi. Because it was packed in a flimsy cardboard box, it was battered when I got it.

They just don't give a ******* ****.

This is a reply I got to the complaint:

Done and done! I do feel its a complete waste of time though as I've previously complained about HMVs lack of sufficient SB packaging to just receive a pointless generic response. But you never know, stranger things have happened! Also, like your small amendments to the email :D

my copy eventually arrived yesterday from the hut, along with se7en, inception and the matrix. two arrived in flimsy jiffy bags, two arrived in crappy thin cardboard envelopes.
won't be buying from the hut in future!!!!
 
Sorry for reviving a pretty much dead thread but I just grabbed this from Zavvi because it was rude not to at €11. Upon seeing the complete experience on the spine I sold my regular amaray expecting this to have all the new interactive bonus view features but I can't seem to find them anywhere on the disc. Can anyone help?

If there's none there I think the complete experience tag is very very misleading and apart from having a cool steel then there was no major need to double dip.

No PIP I am afraid.:( and Warner calls this Premium collection. One of the worst wave ever.
