Looks like the German one is the one to own, but to be honest I am not paying 35 euros plus to get it.

eventually french guys in WB understood how to make a proper steelbook (no banner and G2), even with a french title

I have to say it's the first time I'm not too disappointed by Warner France!

The top red banner is on the removable data sheet so no scripts on the back, G2, the inside artwork is nice, correct spine for the purist and matte finish
Despite the big 3D logo and the french title I think it's one of the most successful steelbook from Warner France

well, it's the 2nd one without banner and G2 size (first was the cine 3D edition of The hobbit: auj, 2D editions had gold banner), and if i remember right, past WB steelbooks had different artworks in France: this one is the same as others countries, so it looks better for sure, but it's not different as it was in the past

i have to say, i find this edition more appealing, due to the fact, albeit in french, the title looks better without the words 'rise of an empire' standing out like a sore thumb over the 300 title. this one is a little subtler.

Nice one. Each country gets their version in the national language? Wow...strange that the dvd has also German but the BD doesn't have German audio. I will wait for my German 3D steelbook from Switzerland for 28,49 EUR delivered from cede.de. But they only ship within Switzerland and to Germany.
