No mate, it includes the discs. He's saying don't worry the blu banner and text ("Blu-ray, etc") is not printed on the top of the steelbook, the mock up was merely rendered that way.

There will be a seperate J Card

hey guys, got word from a third party that the Canada version will not be gloss, and instead exactly like the USA version.
