The box is really nice though. The egg is smaller than it seems. About 4" maybe. And paint job is ok. It doesn't look anything like the eggs they show on the show unfortunately. That's it and a single episode of Season 2 in a nice black slim hard cover sleeve.

Absolutely worth the $43 if you don't own the show already and as for this not having a Bush look alike for the severed head. Don't fret over it, it's a one second shot digitally altered. The rest is all the same.

I bought mine from Best Buy, so it was $29.99 + tax.

YMMV for the $10 promo since it was something they haven't advertised and I'm not sure which stores may or may not have it. It was just something I stumbled across in the store. It was pure luck as I happened to walk up to the register where they had this coupon sitting.

Someone could confirm me if the edition "gift set egg" USA carries inside the digipack version?.

The version from countries like Germany, France, UK and Spain are the discs in plastic box.

I'm very interested and I have not seen one of this edition unboxing video or photographs

Not sure. I think it's the same as the standard release. I sold the blu-ray set that came with this. It was sealed but it seemed to me it was the same as the stand alone release. Digipack.
