Does anyone actually own this version? Is it the same as the Canadian version, or does it have the blue banner across the top?

Maybe this was a case of Best Buy USA listing a Best Buy Canada release on their website then never actually releasing it in the USA? Something similar happened with the Pianist Blu Ray.
