Yes it's the San Diego Comic Con exclusive. The price has gone up again lately, it's $149 on eBay at the moment. When I bought it it was around $100
Although it's known to be one of the most exclusive Steelbooks, it's still pretty easy to find. The French Fnac exclusive 4-disc Steelbook (#5 in the picture) and Australian JB-Hifi exclusive Steelbook (#9) are much harder to find and probably of higher value.

Yo Nisei! You definitely have earned the SP Award! Why you still dont have it, is beyond me! I finally earned my King Kong Award , so anything is possible! If I were you I would contact Cooey or another Mod, hopefully they can reward you with it (in good faith)
They may tell you you havent earned the 25 THANKS that is required, just be patient... your award should come to you! I waited almost 6 months Best of luck my friend!
