Maybe a kind mod could update the title of this thread to The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (Blu-ray 3D + 2D SteelBook) to conform with the other releases of this title?

I've included information on the actual Audio Tracks and Subtitles, as there hasn't been enough space on the J-card to list them all (notably English subtitles are not mentioned).

But, are you sure it's 3D+2D? There's only 4 disc which could means it's 3D + Appendices on the other 2 discs...
