My guess is that when paying by credit card, the order total has to be under $1500 and not more than that.
if you don't have any plans buy 50 Steelbooks and pay via credit card you should be ok .

$40 and shipping is between $10-$20 depending on the shipping option you choose. EMS is quicker and it's approx $20.
Yes this one is just the SteelBook. The other is a collector's edition which includes the complete novel (not sure if it is in English or Chinese).
Alas the website states the novel is in Chinese rats! At least we know before buying.

Looks like the Collector's Edition is currently OOS on JSDVD (the link to it is there but the page is X-ed

If you assume about £12, then you should generally be about right and yes, their packaging is the best I've ever received from a store.
Finally locked my copies, just can't wait to see they what they will have done with the j-card... the final Artwork is rarely released/never before the release date. This is just the generic artwork with pre-orders. Final J-Card will be available when released, it will be a J-Card since it is Universal, so no slip covers for this one. I however don/t think it's a reason to pass on the Taiwan release because it will only be a J-card, the spine will be exposed.

The release with the book included is already OOS(but novel is in chinese so not very important for everybody), so there is this version still available but not for long. Universal I was told have a reputation of doing limited print runs in Taiwan.
I did not see the movie but not passing on this one, if I'm not mistaken there is no UK release steelbook, mainly just Asian Steely of this one.
