Finally managed to track this down. MovieStop had them but they all had spine slashes. Found Themis at FYE. Didn't even see a spot for it at best buy, though it's on their website.

Just a heads up, but I'm pretty sure the one on Zoom is actually a Futurepak... UK retailers still don't seem to know the difference between FPs and SBs for some reason.
