Hello ninjas,

Some great SteelBooks were released in 2016. As it's customary, it's time to share your favorites in the SteelBook collectibles category for 2016 in our 6th annual member vote for Best Lenticular Slip

After the nomination period ends on January 15, 2017, the individual voting poll threads for each category will be opened after we tally the nominations by category, and you will be able to vote until January 31, 2017. The winners will be announced early February.

Any Steelbooks that were completely released, shipped and in the hand of customers by December 31, 2016 are eligible.

Please nominate your 3 favorite picks in each category and respond with your selections in your reply in this thread.

Feel free to use pictures, to share with fellow ninjas why you've made that choice.

Please keep this thread to voting, the votes and related chat are meant to celebrate the community and collectibles in general. All other chat should go in the corresponding threads, as folks assisting in tallying the votes need to comb through all unrelated comments.

Tough choice. Although I'm not that much into lentis, quite a few found their way into my collection in 2016, and virtually none of them disappoint (Manta's The Revenant was one of the exceptions). Here's my list:

1. Star Wars - Episode VII: The Force Awakens (Novamedia)
2. Zootopia (KimchiDVD)
3. The Terminator (HDzeta)

I had a hard time choosing my third candidate, it was between The Terminator and either Mad Max lenti slip package (HDzeta as well). I went for Arnie because I really like the transformation of his face in the lenticular.

I'm only voting on what I own and have in hand and this one is extremely tough to pick just 3

I went with those because nova are the king and those 2 are incredible, and the zootopia kimchi is lovely and bright but the below list are also my fave and I'd be happy with any of them winning
