You can check your local Target, I've seen a few copies in Targets near me and they are $9.99 as well. No slips on the ones I've seen though.

Cheapest I've seen this set is $7.50 when Target had a 15% sale on their multi packs.

In Store pickup also, thanks for the tip. Amazon now charges in my state for tax, but no free ship. Put aside that their not the greatest movies in the world, but as a whole. Awesome deal.
