Hope this isn't a trend of reprinting everything...that started with Harry Potter.
I'd rather see efforts invested in making new steelbooks for new titles (or catalog ones).
Really flushes any point of paying a premium for any German OOP steelbook.

Yep, I couldn't agree more. I just checked my own Amazon.de orders, out of curiosity. Mine was ordered 6/2009 and had a slip.
I hope WANTED embossed is next .....sorry I need this 1 badly...

if they are going to reprint steelbook they wont become limited edition no more i hope they dont but right now the germans are always reprinting steelbooks.

this definitively will apply to a purchase if reprinted, nice trilogy, unfortunately first movie don’t have Spanish subs anywhere (and I pass on Castilian ones)

After VAT reduction, I paid 29,40 euro before shipping.
That's a very reasonable price when you consider you're getting three films in there; if it does get a reprint I would certainly look into picking up a copy.
DAM. Can't believe this is getting reprinted. Hope it's a different artwork or something at least. I want mines to be unique. The FSK logo will probably be printed like the did with the hangover reprint. Probably there won't be a slipcover as well and it could be region locked.

I for one will be chuffed if they do a re-print as i will never get sucked in paying over rrp for a limited steelbook. For those that have paid over the odds then that's fine but don't be down beat when it gives others the chance to add to their collections!

It's not about price, it's more about value. This steelbook is pretty rare but a reprint will make it very common which sucks. Also, I don't care what the steelbook costs cause I prefer to trade over buy. A reprint would mean the trade value going down as well.
