Agreed, and same here. It's very poor. I believe FAC are offering cancellations and refunds, but they aren't discounting orders as far as I'm aware. Best to reach out to your GB host for details.
Their message is pathetic and delusional.
They paint themselves as a victim in a "David against Goliath" battle, and expect us to rally around for THEIR FIGHT - WHILE OFFERING NOTHING.
A half hearted apology, ignoring money paid in good faith eons ago, offering no discount for Discless Editions.
Just more vague promises of MORE THINGS TO BUY in the the near future.
No clear release dates - it's been so long,...could of taken an extra week to provide some facts instead of more empty, self-serving promises.

I saw this on the top spot of most recent comments and was curious. I glad I looked, but I feel sorry for the people who were suckered into ordering this so long ago.

No, they're not answering at all, still have my order from 2023 that was returned from customs, that they needed to reship.
Did not reply to a question why their 'spare parts' Lenticulars are entered on the website as half a kilogram each, making the shipping cost ridiculously high (《—that's 'why'), when I ordered a dozen for an acquaintance.
But some zombie over there did pack and ship them rather quickly – must be one of those fast zombies – and of course upon arrival they were under 1kg, not 5...
I’m still getting the order notification regarding my orders but nothing from them to say what’s going on. @carllenc any ideas how we can get them to send an update out?
Yeah, I'm very very interested if they've decided what they wanted to do in their life – last message said they'd need to think about that.
How much is a lawyer anyway for a class action lawsuit? If dozens of us pay our part, probably not that much?
I'd give away a couple of $100 to a lawyer even if I don't see any money back just to see them put in prison, or at the very least fined and prohibited so much, the rest of their lives is ruined.
I'm nice like that.
