I'm hoping somewhere else gets this to as I've ordered 2 steelbooks from amazon Italy in past and they've only came in cardboard sleeves. Although their customer service is excellent and send me a free replacement with my 1st & was told to keep damaged one as cost to much to send back.

I ordered smurfs steelbook about a month ago and it come in cardboard sleeve. Perhaps the steelbook packaging is for newer releases or I was just unlucky

Since the release of Skyfall they started using Steelbook packaging, but I don't know if only for Italian users or only for new releases.
in these days will be released "Life of Pi", I haven't Purchased it, but if I get news from other Italian users I'll keep you informed

as bad as everyone says this is and i haven't seen the film,but if it has a kick ass lossless 7.1 audio track,then i'm in all the way!
