I was in my local HMV yesterday and just asked the woman stocking up the shelves to confirm they would be getting this in, when she said they were I asked if I needed to pre-order it at the till. She told me not to bother, she asked how many copies I wanted, took my name and diasappeared for a few minutes. When she came back she told me she had put 3 copies to one side for me for when I pop in after work tomorrow :scat:

I heard that they cut some of the better stuff from the theatrical release in order to get 12A/PG13 certification. Which is part of the reason it was a bit naff.

I hope that turns out to be the case.

Still looking forward to getting this though. With Die Hard from Zavvi and this from HMV, that's the first and last covered. Which means 2, 3 (I'm ignoring that horrible play effort) & 4 to go.

Well there's about 15mins worth of deleted amd extended scenes, so some of that will make it back in. Nobody knows how much though, but it has gone up to 15 certification for home viewing so here's hoping for some gratuitous violence! :scat:

Word of advice watch the Theatrical version as its better. I had the standard edition delivered on Friday and they completely remove
Lucy McClane / Mary Elizabeth Winstead
from the extended edition.

Not that it makes the film anywhere near the quality of the earlier ones!
