Preorder date was specified in Xin's post on May 6th here and added to the OP on the same day.

The reason why the HDN GB comes later, was specified in Xin's post yesterday here.

Well, since manta is doing WEA release for it, and it seems like they never sell out fast anymore, it should be absolutely no problems to get Manta’s release direct. HdZeta’s website is a disaster and I’m not even trying to go there anymore, honestly for the prices they charge for their editions they should have a good website in two thousand f***ing nineteen lol.
