A bit "First Man" in pacing at times (I preferred this), very visual, interesting story. I really liked it.
Nice! I just saw it for a second time yesterday. Like many good "space" movies, it's best not to think too much about the science. But like many good sci-fi movies, the point is more the journey the protagonist goes on than the science, anyway. Excellent cinematography, score, sound design, and Pitt's performance is solid.
My goodness! I watched this last week and there is one particular scene that takes place on the moon and the ticket price is worth it just for that scene alone. It was breathtaking. But dont go in expecting a scifi action movie. It's a slow burner. I'd say it's less like Life and more like Moon (in terms of pacing). And I also prefer that for a movie like this.
