The release schedule even includes dates for Thor: Dark World (3D and 2D) and Elysium, but I'm not posting those here as the dates are a little too far off at Feb 2014. Info comes from Korean retailer movie4989, who are generally very reliable on release info (though dates are always subject to change).

So we don't know the price, who will be selling it or what the artwork will be? Pretty pointless to have a thread IMO, and I am not saying that to be an ass, I just don't see the need for a thread for a release we only have a date for and nothing else.

Artwork is the same as rubbish Czech fan made versions. I also don't see the point in threads like this. May aswell create a thread for every film ever and put possible in the title just in case it gets one

It will on sale from all major Korean retailers, including K-steelbook, Kimchidvd, K2DVD etc. Price and even artwork could remain subject to confirmation even weeks before the actual release date, as is typical for Korean releases.

The reason for a thread is because it's helpful for people to know that an Asian release is scheduled, as some may prefer to hold off from pre-ordering a European/US/Canadian release if they know an Asian version is planned. Not everyone likes to double and triple-dip on new releases.

And the source is a major Korean retailer who has to this point been extremely reliable on new release information. So it's certainly more than a 'possible' release.

In fact this announcement is no more or less tentative than the Korean Oblivion and Iron Man 3, yet the same objections aren't being made in those threads. Strange... :dunno:

Hold off preordering what? We won't see announcements for these titles anywhere else for another couple of months at least.

really lame movie! i was expecting so much! too major flops this summer for my taste, this one and Oblivion..also major savings so i wont be buying the steels!

Vanity project movie. Will Smith and son.

really lame movie!

This movie so gawdawful

Well, 1 name tells you everything you need to know about this one: M.Night Shyamalan (Lady in the Water, The Village, The Last Airbender, The Happening). Once you know that he directed and co-wrote it, you pretty much know what to expect.

And yeah, it was a vanity project by Smith to try and make a star out of his son. It'll probably do well on home video though, even if reviews kill it in theatres.

nooo is it really that bad?i saw the trailer and was looking forward to watching it!but now after reading all these comments i am not even sure if i should go to the cinema :)
