It seems they really will release any old crap as a SteelBook these days! I remember a time when a SteelBook was PREMIUM packaging, but now it seems like the studios just use it to make their crap more desirable! It's the only way they can make collectors want to buy something like this...

Yeah, because zavvi are in charge of release dates. Nearly every summer movie ends up coming out before Christmas because it's a prime time for studios to make money, hardly a shock.

I have no problem with most new releases getting a Steelbook release (Unless it was meant to be part of collection, I'm looking at you Planes) It's not like they are asking you to double dip, here you have the choice to either pass, get the amaray or get this. As for me it's a Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooal! and another!

I love this film. I understand it's not for everyone but I'll definitely be getting this.
Tough one. I think I'd have to say 'The Best of the Beatles'.
Annoying that almost every film that comes out nowadays ends up in steelbook form but I'm glad more are also becoming readily available and not all Zavvi exclusive, makes me more willing to hold off getting it on release as less likely to go OOP straight away. Hopefully price on a lot of these will go down eventually like many of the Universal steels?

Slight problem.....I was a bit bored so I dismantled my Corby trouser press...I er...cant put it back together again. Will that show up n my bill?
