alternate film name help needed

I'm sure there are some members here who are completionists and own films in all their alternate names/international releases. Are there some sites you could recommend for a listing of a film's alternate name, I took at look at IMDB but some films seem incomplete, any help and sggestions are appreciated, thanks!

If you are talking about diff foreign names for The Expendables perhaps doing google image searches could bring up some diff editions with correct spelling as other people may have imported then show pics.

Have you ever got the Japan edition? Its got some kind of bonus with it.

thanks Wreck, I'm actually looking for a couple of others movies as well that starred James Woods.

Which Japan version of the Expendables are you referring to, the Premium edition? I was having a little difficulty with the Asian versions because they use different symbols characters that can't be googled.

I don't think he's just talking about language. I think he's looking for alternate titles that aren't just a translation like the Jet Li movie "Danny the Dog" better known as "Unleashed".

right, alternate titles or titles the film was released in other countries. awhile back I had the movie Gang Related with Belushi on DVD, but in another country it was called Criminal Intent. Terminator 2 Judgment Day, el juicio final was another.

Expendables-sometimes when you google images, those other covers from other countries will appear, because whoever posts the image, will "tag" them with the term you're searching for (i.e. "Expendables", etc). Good luck with your search!

yes, I want to pick that one up eventually it has a simple but nice cover. too bad it's not a steelbook.

great thanks Wreck, I like the difference in being a black case instead of the regular Blu Ray containers. what's in the booklet is it the same as the France FNAC version but in Japanese?

I think that is the reg. edition of Japan now.

I found this info for Premium ...

Premium-Edition with the bonus disc is The Making "Inferno" / Confidential made "from the ashes." Collection NG scene / scene unreleased / 2010 Comic Con / original promotional materials. Original trailers / TV spots Original / special interview has been recorded in Japan.

I think this is the inside of REGULAR edition.

I then found this image, it has a blu-ray logo on the case ... I think because its bigger its Premium Edition

And then I found this ...
this could be the booklet cover and inside ... not sure though, but maybe. Looks really cool if so ...... again not sure, but its Japanese and found while searching for the premium edition.
