Mine arrived today... with a huge dent running across the front. What's more frustrating is that the box it was sent in had no signs of damage, so the steelbook was obviously like this before it was sent.

There was a layer of bubblewrap round the steelbook but that went in the bin.

Thanks for sharing the pic. That looks much safer than those white boxes. Especially being wrapped with bubble wrap.

arrived today in the new packaging.. sturdy box and sufficient bubblewrap.. should be no problems with damaged steelbooks any longer... it only took 3 years for zavvi to realize

steelbook looks okay..

Had another delivery from Zavvi today. Turned up in the normal white boxes so don't get your hopes up yet.

Mine arrived the same way but seems it was not sent by Zavvi but by The Hut.
I can't believe Zavvi changed their packing.
I got a pre-shipping advice yesterday.
