Only a handful of people have received direct orders for s&s editions only. There's no bug. Relax and wait.

Yes, but the same response applies. Why on earth would you immediately jump to the conclusion that there is a bug in the system because a handful of people have received a copy and you have not? He's a one man operation. Have some patience.
