A bit ridiculous this response. Someone is asking about their order they’ve waited many, many months for and you threaten to mute them? Wow. Yes the comment wasn’t the most polite and seemed abit pushy but this isn’t a great look

Taken a little out of context, as I'm not actually saying be quiet because they want an update on their order, but yeah, for sure. I can see how it could well seem heavy handed and dismissive.

My response was mostly in jest, essentially saying relax. You may have missed that they post the same kind of excessive, borderline mindless response in lots of threads that could be voided by just reading the thread itself. It's a touch annoying.

I actually had forgotten to advise on the OCs, they are right behind the slips and I'd like to think I can provide an update next week.

I didn't realize it was bank holiday when I made my last post so things weren't as quick as I'd hoped.

If the wait is too long for anyone I'm more than happy to issue a refund without question.
We have a wait list for all editions almost as long as the print run itself so I can pass them on to other collectors.

Rest assured with AC, you will either receive the item/s you purchased or you are entitled to a full refund.

I appreciate the patience as always.
