When I finally got to the submit order page with the One Click it said "sold out". Typical Nova problems. However, I was then able to order both single editions without any hassle.

While I was trying to checkout since it went live the 1 click sold out !!!! they should allocate the slot to anyone that adds it to cart straight away.
