Andy, I hope so-I asked Bert at Movies Drunen regarding the Netherlands version I ordered and he said he was not sure if it was embossed, because all he had was a pack shot. I hope it's the same as this one...

Maybe I can help you, this is the shipping cost via Poste Italiane with tracking mode:
A good package with 1 steelbook is 250gr.-350gr.

USA is in "Zona 2"

Well, you could buy 2-3 items and you will are right, or more copies of Apocalypse for anothers (2 or more) members, a sort of mini group buy, and then you divide the cost.
